摘要/Abstract

摘要： 培养满足时代需求的以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为武装的具有专业技能和专业素养的高技能型人才是高等职业院校的首要教育目标。培育安全意识、环保意识、质量意识（简称SEQ）专业素养,有利于工科专业学生融入实践,满足社会企业需求。该文从顶层设计、教学环境、课程资源、教学团队、学生社团、校企融合等多方面阐述了SEQ文化在机械制造专业中的探索与实践。结果表明,SEQ专业文化建设显著提高了学生的职业核心素养。

Abstract: To train the highly skilled talents with professional skills and professional qualities, which is armed with Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, which meets the needs of the times, is the primary educational goal of higher occupation colleges. The cultivation of safety awareness, environmental awareness and quality awareness (SEQ) professional quality is conducive to engineering students' integration into practice and meet the needs of social enterprises. This paper expounds the exploration and practice of SEQ culture in mechanical manufacturing specialty from the top-level design, teaching environment, curriculum resources, teaching team, student associations, school enterprise integration and other aspects. The results show that the professional culture construction of SEQ has significantly improved the students' professional core quality.
