摘要/Abstract

摘要： 辅导员是大学生思想政治教育工作的骨干力量,建设一支“政治强、业务精、纪律严、作风正”的辅导员队伍,是回答好新时代中国特色社会主义高校“培养什么样的人、如何培养人、为谁培养人”,落实好“立德树人”根本任务的重要保证。经过对青海省高校辅导员队伍建设现状进行分析,提出了相应的解决措施。

Abstract: Counselors are the backbone of College Students' Ideological and political employment work. Building a contingent of counselors with "firm politics, excellent business, correct style of work, and strict discipline" is an important guarantee for answering the three questions of "what kind of people to cultivate, how to cultivate people, and for whom" and to implement the fundamental task of "cultivating morality and cultivating people". This paper analyzes the current situation of college counselor team construction in Qinghai Province and the problems in the process of improving professional ability, and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
