Discussion on the Training Mode of Academic Innovative Talents in Electrical Engineering Specialty under the Background of New Engineering

摘要: 针对高校学术型创新人才的培养问题,该文提出了一种以创新实践成果为导向的教育理念——OBEE(Outcomes-based Education of Experiment),这种理念定义了理论知识与创新实践是一种相辅相成的关系和有机结合的过程。一方面通过创新实践验证理论知识的真实可靠性,并加深对理论知识的理解,另一方面,通过理论创新指导实践活动,并激发学生的创新意识。该文以提升学术型创新人才能力培养为目标,从发展方向、课程建设、能力培养三个方面构建了电气专业人才的培养模式。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of cultivating academic innovative talents in colleges and universities, this article proposes an educational concept that is oriented by innovative practice results-OBEE (Outcomes-based Education of Experiment), which defines the relationship between theoretical knowledge and innovative practice as a complementary relationship and the process of organic integration. On the one hand, through innovative practice, the authenticity of theoretical knowledge can be verified deepen the understanding of theoretical knowledge for students. On the other hand, guiding practical activities through theoretical innovation, students' sense of innovation can be stimulated. Therefore, to improve the ability training of academic innovative talents, this paper constructs a set of training mode for electrical talents from three aspects: development direction, curriculum construction and ability training.
