基于韩国经验的中国特色高等教育国际化路径探索

The Exploration on the Path of Internationalization with Chinese Characteristics based on the Experience of South Korea

摘要: 该文首先分析了当前我国高等教育国际化发展面临的学术影响力待提升、学科及课程国际化建设待加强和学生国际化培养待提高这三个发展短板;其次,分析比较韩国推进其高等教育国际化时,在这三个方面的举措;接着,结合“一带一路”倡议和“双一流”建设这两个极具中国特色的举措,借鉴韩国高等教育国际化进程中国家和高校“二位一体”、相互配合的思想,按照高等教育国际化的六个培养方向,构建了高等教育国际化“2+2+6”的中国特色路径;最后,从提高学术国际权威性、构建特色化国际课程体系、“强外吸优督内”三稳固三个方面提出对策建议,探索具有中国特色的高等教育国际化发展路径。

Abstract: First of all, this paper analyzes the three shortcomings of the current international education of college students in China. There is the promotion of the right of international discourse in colleges and universities, the international construction of disciplines and courses, and the international training of students. Secondly, this paper analyzes and compares the measures in these three aspects when South Korea promote the internationalization of higher education. Then, combining the "Belt and Road Initiative" initiative and the "double first-class" construction, which are two measures with Chinese characteristics, drawing lessons from the ideas of "two in one" and mutual cooperation between countries and universities in South Korea, and according to the six training directions of the internationalization of higher education, to construct the path with Chinese characteristics of “2+2+6” in the internationalization of higher education. Finally, it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from three directions: improving academic international authority, constructing characteristic international curriculum system, three stable aspects of “strengthening the exterior, attracting excellence, supervising the interior”, in order to explore the international development path of higher education with Chinese characteristics.
