摘要/Abstract

摘要： 国际竞争是人才的竞争,人力资源是国家实力的保证,人才的培养尤为关键,高校是卓越人才培养的重要场所。目前,高校卓越人才培育研究与实践如火如荼地开展,取得了一系列成果。卓越人才的内涵为培育指明了方向,但也存在众说纷纭,尚未有统一定论。该项目追根溯源,在前人研究的基础上,嵌入旅游管理专业,通过开放式半结构访谈收集数据并展开质性分析,阐述高校培养卓越人才的内涵及其框架体系。该研究是对高校卓越人才培养的阶段性反思,以期引发更多思考,推进高校卓越人才培养。

Abstract: International competition is the competition of talents. Human resources are the guarantee of national strength. The cultivation of talents is particularly critical. Colleges and universities are the main positions of excellent talents training. At present, the research and practice of cultivating outstanding talents in colleges and universities are in full swing, and a series of achievements have been made. The connotation of outstanding talents points out the direction for cultivation, but there are different opinions and there is no unified view. On the basis of previous studies, the project embeds tourism management major, collects data through open semi-structured interviews and carries out qualitative analysis to elaborate the connotation and framework system of outstanding talents cultivated by colleges and universities. This research is a periodic reflection on the cultivation of outstanding talents in colleges and universities, in order to trigger more thinking and promote the cultivation of outstanding talents in colleges and universities.
