摘要: 创业企业在创业过程中会逐渐形成核心领导、被领导群体和领导环境的基本格局,在这个过程中大部分原始合伙人通常会被挤走这是创业企业及企业家成长过程中的一个悖论。创业企业在形成核心领导力的过程中,原始合伙人会因一系列主观和客观原因被迫离开,创业企业最终形成以单个创业者为领导核心、以中途加入者为被领导者的团队状态,解析这一问题,对于提高创业过程的认知具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract: It is a paradox in the process of entrepreneurship that original partners may be forced out of with the growth of leaders and the environmental change. In the formation process of the core leadership of a start-up enterprise, the departure of the original partners is a normal condition, and a start-up enterprise will eventually form a team state with a single entrepreneur as the leading core and those who join midway as the followers. To analyze this problem has great practical significance for improving the cognition of the start-up process.
