Abstract: The national implementation of the 1 + X certificate system has played a great role in promoting the integration of middle vocational education and education. The integration of production and education in higher vocational education is not enough, for example, the development of talent training standards for industry enterprises is not enough, the forms of integration of production and education need to be diversified, and the integration of courses and certificates has not been fully achieved. This paper draws on the practice of industrial and educational integration in some developed countries such as Germany, Britain, Australia and the United States, such as the integration of vocational skills standards and vocational education standards, the legal provisions on training enterprises, the financial guarantee of enterprises participating in vocational education, the integration of vocational education curriculum certificates and the requirements of teachers, some ideas are put forward for the integration of production and education in higher vocational education.
