摘要: 为了培养适合现代企业需要的创新应用型数据库人才,设计了基于成果导向教育(OBE)的数据库课程混合式教学模式建设方案。该方案以OBE为指导,整合校企优质教学资源,采用线上、线下混合教学模式,对学生的数据库能力进行培养。经过教学实践,该教学模式发挥了学生学习自主性、调动了学生的积极性,提高了实践创新能力。

Abstract: In order to cultivate innovative and applied database talents suitable for modern enterprises, a scheme of database course hybrid teaching mode based on the outcome-based education (OBE) is designed. Under the guidance of OBE, this program integrates high-quality teaching resources of school and enterprise, adopts the mixed teaching mode of online and offline, and cultivates students' ability in database. The results show that the teaching mode can give play to students' learning autonomy, mobilize their enthusiasm and improve their practical and innovative ability.
