摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着高等院校扩招,高校毕业生就业形势严峻,引起了社会各界的关注。毕业生就业关乎社会的稳定,是我国的一项民生工程。该文选取独立院校为研究对象,分析独立院校毕业生就业困难的类型,并提出具体的帮扶措施,通过完善精准帮扶就业服务机制,构建精准就业帮扶工作体系,落实各项帮扶就业工作。

关键词: 精准帮扶, 独立院校, 就业困难, 工作机制

Abstract: With the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities, the employment situation of college graduates is grim, has attracted the attention of all walks of life. The employment of graduates is related to social stability, and it is a livelihood project in China. This paper selects independent colleges and universities as the research object, analyzes the types of employment difficulties of independent college graduates, and puts forward specific assistance measures. By improving the precise employment assistance service mechanism, it constructs the precise employment assistance work system, and implements various employment assistance work.
