翻转课堂与混合式教学在高校通识课程中的应用

The Application of Flipped Classroom and Blended Learning in College General Courses

摘要: 《情景交际英语》混合式课程改变了高校通识课程《大学英语听说》的传统教学方法与教学模式,实践翻转课堂理念与“线上+线下”混合式教学模式。学生课前通过“线上”观看视频,完成简易的自主学习任务,而重难点任务通过“线下”课堂完成,解决传统教学中存在的学生基础知识差异较大、课程学时相对较少的问题。师生在“线下”课堂协作与互动,共同讨论,同时借助“线上”信息化教学技术,了解学生实时学习情况,解决传统课堂互动不足的问题。最后,通过“线上”作业巩固课堂所学,学生随时随地完成作业,教师利用碎片化时间反馈。

Abstract: The “Communicative English Course” has changed the traditional teaching method and teaching mode of the college general course “College English Listening and Speaking”, and practices the concepts of flipped classroom and “blended learning”. Students watch videos online before class to complete simple self-learning tasks, while difficult tasks are completed through face-to-face instruction to solve the problems of large differences in students’ language abilities and relatively fewer course hours in traditional teaching. Teachers and students collaborate and interact in the real classroom to discuss together, and with the help of information-based teaching tools, teachers get access to the learning situation of students to solve the problem of insufficient interaction in traditional classroom. Finally, students consolidate what they have learned through online assignments and upload their answers anytime and anywhere. At the same time, teachers make use of fragmented time to give feedback.
