摘要: 为了向社会输送更优秀、更符合新时期社会要求的人才,需要加强高职思政课和职业素养教育之间的融合,使学生在上思政课时,吸收该课程传达出来的积极的精神,转化为自身的职业素养和道德品质。走上工作岗位后,其能力和素养能够满足企业对员工的要求,为之后的生活和工作提供更多的帮助和支持。该文将基于高职思政课程与学生职业素养培育的路径进行探究和分析。

Abstract: In order to deliver more excellent talents to the society and meet the social requirements in the new era, it is necessary to strengthen the integration of ideological and political course and professional quality education in higher vocational colleges, so that students can absorb the positive spirit conveyed by the course and transform it into their own professional quality and moral quality. On the job, its ability and quality can meet the requirements of the enterprise for employees, and provide more help and support for the future life and work. This paper will explore and analyze the path of ideological and political courses and students' professional quality cultivation in higher vocational colleges.
