摘要: 学生在学习运动营养学时,普遍存在学习主动性不高、实际运用能力差等问题。为了有效激发学生的学习热情、提高其综合能力及教学质量,可引入以人为本教学理念。为此,该文首先分析了运动营养学的教学现状,提出教学中以人为本教学理念的价值,并依据课程特点提出了教学改革建议,旨在鼓励学生参与到教学当中,开发学生的学习思维,为今后的课程教学改革提供一定参考。

Abstract: When students study sports nutrition, they generally have some problems, such as low learning initiative, poor practical ability and so on. In order to effectively stimulate students' learning enthusiasm and improve their comprehensive ability and teaching quality, "people-oriented" teaching concept can be introduced. Therefore, this paper first analyzes the current situation of sports nutrition teaching, puts forward the value of "human text" teaching concept in teaching, and puts forward teaching reform suggestions according to the characteristics of the course, aiming to encourage students to participate in teaching, develop students' learning thinking, and provide some reference for the future curriculum teaching reform.
