组织行为学在高职教学管理中的应用

摘要: 教育和学习一直是人们重点关注的话题,在教育部明确提出职业教育和普通教育具有同等重要地位的教育环境下,高职教育越来越受到人们的重视。高职院校要为国家培养理论知识与实践能力并重、高素质、技能型人才,就必须明确自身的定位方向,提高学校教学、办学水平。但在高职百万扩招的新形势下,高职学生的学习水平参差不齐,因此,采用什么样的教学方式成了当前高职院校面临的难题。组织行为学的出现有助于解决这一难题,它主要是通过人的心理和行为表现等发现客观规律,预测或引导人的行为,进而更加有效地实现所制定的组织目标。该文主要分析了“做中学”的相关论述,阐述了高职教学管理存在的问题,论述了组织行为学在高职教学管理中的具体应用。

Abstract: Education and learning has always been the focus of people's attention. Under the education environment that the Ministry of education clearly puts forward that vocational education and general education have the same important status, higher vocational education is more and more valued by people. Higher vocational colleges need to cultivate high-quality and skilled talents with equal emphasis on theoretical knowledge and practical ability for the country. Therefore, colleges and universities must make clear their own orientation and improve their teaching and running level by improving teaching management. But in the new situation of Higher Vocational enrollment expansion, the level of students is uneven. Therefore, what kind of teaching methods to adopt has become a difficult problem faced by higher vocational colleges. The emergence of organizational behavior helps to solve this problem. It mainly finds objective laws through people's psychology and behavior performance, predicts or guides people's behavior, and then more effectively realizes the organizational goals. This paper mainly analyzes the related discussion of "learning in doing", expounds the problems existing in higher vocational teaching management, and finally discusses the specific application of organizational behavior in higher vocational teaching management.
