协同视域下面向地方光电产业的新工科人才培养实践创新平台建设——以梧州学院为例

摘要: 在新工科建设背景下,应用型本科院校如何搭建面向地方光电产业的新工科人才培养实践创新平台?针对这一问题,以梧州学院电子信息专业群为例,面向梧州市、粤桂合作特别试验区及毗邻珠三角地区的光电产业,探索构建基于“产、赛、研、创”为基本架构的多维应用型人才培养模式;以新工科的内涵和要求推进学科和专业交叉融合,加快产教融合,促进成果转化,探索构建由国家众创空间、广西工程技术研究中心等科研机构相互协同的面向地方光电产业的人才培养实践创新平台。

Abstract: Under the background of new engineering construction, as an application-oriented undergraduate college, how to build a practical and innovative platform for training new engineering talents for local optoelectronic industry? To solve this problem,take the electronic information specialty group of Wuzhou University as an example, facing the optoelectronic industry of Wuzhou City, Guangdong Guangxi cooperation special experimental zone and adjacent Pearl River Delta region, to explore and build a multi-dimensional applied talents training mode based on the basic framework of "production, competition, research and innovation". With the connotation and requirements of new engineering, we should promote the interdisciplinary integration of disciplines and specialties, accelerate the integration of production and education, and promote the transformation of achievements, explore the construction of a talent training practice and innovation platform for the local optoelectronic industry, which is coordinated by the national maker space, Guangxi engineering technology research center and other scientific research institutions.
