CBL结合PBL教学法在儿科本科实习教学中的有效性研究

Study on the Effectiveness of CBL Combined PBL Teaching Method in Pediatric Undergraduate Practice Teaching

摘要: 目的 探究儿科本科实习教学中运用CBL结合PBL教学法的有效性。方法 对2018年3月-2019年10月加入儿科本科实习的学生80名进行调查分析,按照实习批次划分常规教学的一般组与CBL结合PBL教学的联合组,每组学生人员均是40名,研究实习生学习有效性。结果 入科考试成绩中,一般组实习生平均成绩是(76.33±5.02)分、联合组实习生平均成绩是(79.36±2.48)分,P>0.05;出科考试成绩中,一般组实习生平均成绩是(82.48±6.05)分、联合组实习生平均成绩是(89.66±5.11)分,P<0.05; 联合组实习生各项满意率数值均大于一般组实习生,P<0.05。结论 CBL结合PBL教学法在儿科本科实习教学中具有较大价值,取得的成效显著优于常规教学模式,因此可在临床医学教学中大力使用和推广CBL结合PBL教学法,提高实习生综合实践能力和职业素养,为医疗事业注入生机与活力。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effectiveness of CBL combined PBL teaching method in pediatric undergraduate practice teaching. Methods From March 2018 to October 2019,80 students enrolled in pediatric undergraduate practice were investigated, the general group of routine teaching and the joint group of PBL teaching combined with CBL according to the practice batch, each group has 40 students, to study the effectiveness of intern learning. Results In the examination scores, the average score of interns in the general group was (76.33±5.02), the average score of interns in the joint group was(79.36±2.48)(P>0.05). Of the test scores, the average score of interns in the general group was (82.48±6.05), the average score of interns in the joint group was (89.66±5.11)(P<0.05); the satisfaction rate of the joint group interns is higher than that of the general group interns, P<0.05. Conclusion The combination of CBL and PBL teaching method has great value in the practice teaching of pediatrics, the results achieved are significantly better than the conventional teaching model, therefore, it can be used and popularized in clinical medicine teaching CBL combined with PBL teaching method, improve interns' comprehensive practical ability and professional accomplishment, inject vitality and vitality into the medical cause.
