摘要/Abstract

摘要： “双高计划”建设背景下,高职院校章程建设能够推动大学制度与内部治理结构的完善。而如今高职院校章程建设还存在同质化、缺乏特色与亮点;落实不力,缺乏监督检查机制等问题,需要以在章程内容上实现全面化与特色化、在章程制定上体现科学性与广泛性、在章程执行上实现自查制与督查制相结合的方式来推动高职院校章程的有效实施。

Abstract: Under the background of "double high school program", the constitution construction of higher vocational colleges can promote the improvement of university system and internal governance structure. However, there are still some problems in the constitution construction of higher vocational colleges, such as homogenization, lack of characteristics and highlights, ineffective implementation and lack of supervision and inspection mechanism. Therefore, it is necessary to promote the effective implementation of the articles of association in Higher Vocational Colleges by realizing comprehensive and characteristic contents, embodying scientificalness and universality in the formulation of regulations, and realizing the combination of self inspection system and supervision system in the implementation of the articles of association.
