Abstract: In the process of the development of the new era, under the call of "public entrepreneurship, peoples innovation", leading the contemporary educators in colleges and universities, colleges and universities management as well as the contemporary college students towards entrepreneurship development, various universities adopted a variety of ways and methods to strengthen innovation and entrepreneurship, encouragement, in colleges and universities college students take an active part in and have a startup, most of the students in the road of the entrepreneurial achievement, but because of the college students for the lack of social experience, between theory and practice there is no link between the real problem, directly led to the college students in the course of future development, Enthusiasm for entrepreneurship but stop in the face of reality, so the effect of entrepreneurship is very bad. Therefore, colleges and universities are actively creating talent training programs suitable for students' entrepreneurial development.
