摘要/Abstract

摘要： 高职大学生作为未来社会基层人才,是否具备用法意识将对社会和谐产生直接影响。基于此,该文立足于高职大学生法律意识现状,挖掘法律知识储备、法律价值理解与责任意识等方面存在的问题,从社会、学校、学生自身3个角度分析原因,并通过问卷调查对高职大学生用法意识情况展开分析,从法律活动开展、用法氛围营造和法律信仰培养等方面对加强大学生用法意识的实践策略进行了探讨,为关注这一话题的人们提供参考。

Abstract: Higher Vocational College Students as the future social grassroots talent, whether to have awareness of the use of law will have a direct impact on social harmony. Based on the present situation of legal consciousness of higher vocational college students, this paper excavates the problems existing in the reserves of legal knowledge, the understanding of legal value and the consciousness of responsibility, and analyzes the reasons from the perspectives of society, school and students themselves Through the questionnaire investigation, the author analyzes the situation of the usage consciousness of the higher vocational college students, and probes into the practical strategies of strengthening the usage consciousness of the college students from the aspects of the development of the legal activities, the construction of the usage atmosphere and the cultivation of the legal belief, etc. For those who are interested in this topic.
