摘要/Abstract

摘要： 该文通过对高等体育院校创新创业人才培养的领域分析,构建了“精神、知识、身体”“三位一体”的高等体育院校创新创业人才培养标准。并在此基础上提出以确立人才培养目标、形成个性化培养方案、强化实践育人、加强师资队伍建设、聚合各类资源、建立科学评考机制为主要抓手的高等体育院校创新创业人才培养路径。

关键词: 高等体育院校, 创新创业, 人才培养

Abstract: This article through to the analysis of Innovation and entrepreneurship personnel training In Colleges and universities of Physical Education , builds the "spiritual, intellectual, physical," "holy trinity" of sports colleges innovative entrepreneurial talent training standards. Based on this, advances to establish talents training target, form a personalized training plan, strengthen practical education, strengthen the teachers troop construction, the aggregation of various kinds of resources, establish a scientific evaluation of test system for the main gripper sports colleges innovative entrepreneurial talent training path.
