摘要: 经管类学科的课程思政不仅要注重学生思维方式、创新创业意识的训练,也要关注学生伦理道德、文化内涵修养方面的培育。以知识传授、创意启蒙、价值引领构建的三位一体的经管学科课程思政改革方式,不但能够避免“工具型人才”和“利益导向型人才”的出现,还能够激发学生创新的潜能、创业的热情,引导学生追求人生价值、企业价值、社会价值的共同发展。

Abstract: The course of economics and management should not only pay attention to the training of students' thinking mode, innovation and entrepreneurship consciousness, but also pay attention to the cultivation of students' ethics and cultural connotation. With knowledge, creative enlightenment, value guidance to build the trinity management discipline curriculum education reform, not only can avoid "tool type talent" and "benefit oriented talents", also can inspire the potential of students' innovative and entrepreneurial enthusiasm, guides the student to the pursuit of life value, the common development of the enterprise value and social value.
