摘要： 个人层面社会主义核心价值观对高校大学生创新创业精神的培育具有重要的指引作用。针对高校大学生普遍存在的创新创业意识不强、行动力不足、创业目标不清等问题,个人层面社会主义核心价值观所强调的爱国、敬业、诚信、友善理想道德标准就树立职业理想信念、培养职业精神、规范创业者行为、激发大学生创业灵感等方面为高校大学生创新创业精神的培育指明了解决方法和实践方向。

Abstract: The core values of socialism at the individual level have an important guiding role in the cultivation of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship spirit. There are many problems in college students, such as weak awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship, lack of action force, and unclear goal of entrepreneurship, etc. Then, the individual level of socialist core values have pointed out the solution and practical direction for the cultivation of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship in terms of setting up professional ideals and beliefs, cultivating professional spirit, standardizing the behavior of entrepreneurs and inspiring the entrepreneurial inspiration of college students.
