摘要: 随着社会经济的不断发展,国家不断增加对专业性高素质人才的需求量,职业院校是培养专业性高素质人才的主要场所,职业院校教师的教学能力直接影响各项教学活动的质量,因此职业院校教师团队的教学能力逐渐受到社会各界的广泛关注。该文围绕着职业院校,积极探索有效构建教师激励机制的策略,并且提出一些具有参考价值的建议。

Abstract: With the continuous development of social economy, the country has increased the demand for professional high-quality talents. Vocational colleges are the main place to cultivate professional high-quality talents. The teaching ability of vocational college teachers directly affects the quality of various teaching activities. Therefore, the teaching ability of Vocational College Teachers' team is gradually concerned by all sectors of society. In this paper, around vocational colleges, actively explore the strategy of effective construction of teacher incentive mechanism, and put forward some valuable suggestions.
