Research on the Importance of Explicit Quality to Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents——Competency Construction of College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition based on Iceberg Model

摘要: 时代的变革推动教育的发展。创新创业人才作为时代的要求,要求高等教育在职业教育的基础上,对学生的综合素质进行提高。教育界以赛促教,只为推动大学生创新创业的综合素质提升。该文结合当下面对大学生热门的创新创业类大赛的比赛规则,运用了冰山模型中的显性素质和隐性素质,通过对创新创业类大赛的评委、指导教师、行业专家进行访谈,建构出创新创业类大赛参赛选手的胜任力模型,并以应用层次分析法对模型要素进行权重的组合排序。结果表明:显性素质是创新创业型人才的基础。

Abstract: The change of the times promotes the development of education. As the requirement of the times, innovation and entrepreneurship talents require higher education to improve the comprehensive quality of students on the basis of vocational education. In the field of education, competition can only promote the comprehensive quality of College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship. Based on the competition rules of the popular innovation and entrepreneurship competition for college students, this paper uses the explicit quality and invisible quality in the iceberg model, and through interviews with the judges, instructors and industry experts of the innovation and entrepreneurship competition, constructs the competency model of the participants in the innovation and entrepreneurship competition, and uses the analytic hierarchy process to combine the weight of the model elements. Sort. The results show that the dominant quality is the basis of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.
