能力导向的创客教师专业化发展对策研究

摘要: 创客教师是创客教育得以成功实施的关键,创客教师角色的改变也对其胜任能力提出了新要求。构建包括教学能力、专业知识、创新实践能力、专业情意、学习能力和人际沟通能力6个要素的胜任能力模型,详细分析各要素的胜任特征,并提出提升各项能力的具体对策建议。

Abstract: Creator educator is the key to the successful implementation of maker education. The change of creator educator's role also puts new demands on its competence. This paper constructs a competence model that includes six elements: teaching ability, professional knowledge, innovative practice ability, professional affection, learning ability and interpersonal communication ability. It analyzes the competence characteristics of each factor in detail and proposes specific countermeasures to improve each ability.
