摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着高等教育的不断发展,我国大学生数量急剧增加,大学生就业问题日益突出。因此,大学生要想实现就业,就必须努力提高自身价值。文章针对大学生创新创业能力的现状及原因进行了分析,对培养大学生创新创业能力的主要机制做出了阐述,由此提出了关于培养大学生创新创业能力的有效策略。

Abstract: With the continuous development of higher education, the number of college students in China has increased dramatically, and the employment problem of college students has become increasingly prominent. Therefore, if college students want to achieve employment, they must strive to improve their own value. This paper analyses the current situation and reasons of College students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability, expounds the main mechanism of Cultivating College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability, and puts forward effective strategies for cultivating college students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
