摘要/Abstract

摘要： 在新的发展时期下,高职院校的学生党员管理工作中出现了很多问题,为了能够提高高职院校学生党员的管理效果,引导新时代青年树立正确的人生观,坚定政治方向,需要严格遵守在党的十八大中提出的“立德树人”的理论指导,在这一理念下,探索高职院校学生党员管理工作的新思路、新方法和新模式。该文将会从立德树人的视阈出发,在这一理念指导下对高职院校学生党员的管理工作的创新对策进行探讨和研究,以期能够有效地提高高职院校的学生管理工作效率。

Abstract: In the new period of development, there are many problems in the management of student party members in higher vocational colleges, in order to improve the management effect of student party members in higher vocational colleges, guide the young people in the new era to establish a correct outlook on life and strengthen the political direction. It is necessary to strictly abide by the theoretical guidance of "establishing morality and cultivating people" put forward in the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC). Under this concept, we should explore new ideas, new methods and new models for the management of student party members in higher vocational colleges. This paper will discuss and study the innovative countermeasures of the management of student party members in higher vocational colleges under the guidance of this concept from the perspective of Lide Shu people, in order to effectively improve the efficiency of student management in higher vocational colleges.
