职业技能大赛视觉下的工程测量专业“学训赛一体”人才培养模式研究

摘要: 近几年,职业技能大赛愈演愈烈,已成为职业院校人才培养、专业建设的重要组成部分。技能大赛作为行业的方向标,严格按行业生产岗位设置赛项章程,突出实用性和综合性,正好与职业教育的“以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向”的教育教学理念高度一致。该文以各级技能大赛为案例,通过构建产教融合,学训赛一体的工程测量人才培养模式,该模式积极应用到专业人才技能培养与教学实践当中,经实践检验,该人才培养模式下,学生在就业竞争力、技能大赛、社会服务能力等方面均取得了显著的效果。

Abstract: In recent years, the atmosphere of vocational skill contest is strong, and it has become an indispensable part of Vocational colleges. As the direction of the industry, Provincial National Contest strictly sets the rules of contest according to the productive posts of the industry, highlighting practicability and comprehensiveness, which is highly consistent with the educational and teaching concept of "service-oriented, employment-oriented" of Vocational education. Taking skill contests at all levels as an example, this paper constructs a "integration of industry and education, integration of competition and training" training mode for engineering survey talents, which is actively applied to the training of talents' skills and professional teaching practice. Practice has proved that this training mode has achieved remarkable results in students' employment competitiveness, skills contest, social service ability and so on.
