摘要: 随着社会经济的不断发展,社会对建筑工程专业创新型人才培养提出更高要求,在建筑工程创新型人才培养过程中,采用三位一体合作教育模式,可以打破传统应试教育中单一和落后的教学模式,提高建筑工程创新型人才培养有效性。基于此,该文对建筑工程专业创新型人才培养意义和现状进行全面分析,最后,提出建筑工程创新型人才培养中三位一体合作教育模式构建对策。

Abstract: With the continuous development of social economy, the society puts forward higher requirements for the training of innovative talents in construction engineering. In the course of the training of innovative talents in construction engineering, adopting the Trinity cooperative education model can break the single and backward teaching model in the traditional exam-oriented education. Improve the effectiveness of building engineering innovative talents training. Based on this, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the significance and current situation of innovative talents training in architectural engineering specialty, and finally puts forward the countermeasures for constructing the Trinity cooperative education model in the innovative talents training in architectural engineering.
