摘要: 广西建设职业技术学院艺术设计系以现代学徒制教学模式为基础,与合作企业共建“成器智品”大学生“创新+创业”工作室,共同推进产教融合、工学结合的工作室制教学模式改革和实践探索,在工作室制人才培养模式、教学管理体系和课程体系构建,高水平双师型教师队伍建设等方面取得了较好的成效。实践证明,高职工作室制多元化的教学模式和弹性管理制度,能够激发大学生创新创业能力和设计应用能力,有效提高创业服务意识,培养大学生团队协作精神,提高大学生的社会就业市场竞争力。

Abstract: The Art Design Department of Guangxi Polytechnic of Construction is based on the modern apprenticeship teaching mode,built a "smart product" college students "innovation + entrepreneurship" studio with cooperative enterprises, and jointly promoted the mode reform and practice exploration of the studio system with the integration of production and teaching and Work-study Combination,have achieved good results in the studio system of talent training mode,teaching management system and curriculum system construction,high-level and double qualified teacher team construction.Practice has proved that the diversified teaching mode and flexible management system of studio system in higher vocational colleges can stimulate college students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability and design application ability, effectively improve entrepreneurial service consciousness, cultivate college students' team spirit, and improve their competitiveness in social employment market.
