基于协同创新视角的高校计算机专业“产学研”一体化人才培养模式重构与实践研究

摘要: 自“协同创新”教学理念提出以来,“协同创新+产学研”成为泰州市高校人才培养尤其是高校计算机专业人才培养的新理念、新思路,在协同创新视角下,“产学研”一体化人才培养模式是目前主流且适合我国市场人才发展需求的一种教育模式,此模式将教学、实践、科研等不同社会分工在功能与资源优势上的协同与集成化,通过有机结合从而构成一种新型的教育模式。该研究将以泰州市高校为例,在协同创新视角下对目前的高校计算机专业人才培养模式进行创新,重构高校计算机专业“产学研”一体化人才培养模式,并提出有效的实践策略。

Abstract: Since the teaching concept of "collaborative innovation" was put forward, "collaborative innovation + industry university research" has become a new concept and new idea of Taizhou University personnel training, especially computer professional personnel training. From the perspective of collaborative innovation, "industry university research" integrated talent training mode is the current mainstream and the suitable for China's market talent development needs the coordination and integration of different social division of labor in terms of function and resource advantages, such as practice and scientific research, forms a new education mode through organic combination. This study will take Taizhou University as an example, innovate the current talent training mode of computer specialty in Colleges and universities from the perspective of collaborative innovation, reconstruct the "production, learning and research" integrated talent training mode of computer specialty in Colleges and universities, and put forward effective practical strategies.
