Abstract: Based on the spirit of craftsman to build secondary vocational school talent training mechanism is not only the objective requirements of social development and progress, but also the inevitable trend of the long-term development of vocational education, and it is also the practical need of China's industrial structure upgrading and transformation. This paper starts with the necessity of training students' spirit of craftsman in secondary vocational schools, analyzes the problems existing in the talent training mechanism of secondary vocational schools based on the spirit of craftsman, and puts forward the strategies for constructing the talent training mechanism of secondary vocational schools based on the spirit of craftsman: strengthening the construction of craftsman spirit and culture, changing traditional concepts; innovating craftsman spirit cultivation mode, innovating education method; guiding students to identify with the spirit of artisans and shape the quality of artisans.
