摘要: 当今时代,我国社会的发展速度持续加快,社会各界对应用技术人才的要求也逐步提高,在职业教育中提高学生的职业素养具有非常重要的现实意义。高职院校应正确认识工匠精神的时代内涵,在办学理念中深植工匠精神,将工匠精神贯穿教育活动的始终;以专业课程为育人载体,重视工匠精神与专业知识、专业技能的有机结合;在社会实践活动中提升学生的职业素养,通过参加技能大赛磨砺工匠精神;探索校企合作办学的新模式,通过校企合作项目激发高职学生的工匠精神,以更好地适应新时代对人才的要求。

Abstract: In the current era, the development speed of our society continues to accelerate, and the requirements of all sectors of society for applied technical talents are gradually increasing. It is of very important practical significance to improve the professional quality of students in vocational education. Higher vocational colleges should correctly understand the connotation of the craftsman spirit, deepen the craftsman spirit in the school-running philosophy, and put the craftsman spirit throughout the education activities; use professional courses as the carrier of education, and attach importance to the integration of the craftsman spirit, professional knowledge and professional skills Combination; improve the professional quality of students in social practice activities, sharpen the spirit of craftsmanship by participating in skill competitions; explore the new model of school-enterprise cooperation in running schools, and stimulate the craftsman spirit of higher vocational students through school-enterprise cooperation projects in order to better adapt to the new era requirements for talents.
