摘要: 人才的培养是提高国际竞争力的有效手段,人才的培养离不开教师的教育指导,但是教师专业发展的局限性又给人才的培养带来了困境。随着大众化教育的发展,社会对所需人才的要求越来越高,这对教师提出了新的挑战,那么如何促进教师的专业发展又是急需解决的问题。一部分教师专业基础薄弱、缺乏专业发展意识、提高专业的能力的途径较少、缺乏学习的主动性,该文试图从教师的个人层面、社会层面、政府层面提出可行的专业提升策略来提高教师的教学能力,为教师的专业发展做出指导。

Abstract: The cultivation of talents is an effective way to improve the international competitiveness. The cultivation of talents can not be separated from the education guidance of teachers. However, the limitations of teachers' professional development have brought difficulties to the cultivation of talents.With the development of popular education, the society requires more and more talents, which puts forward new challenges to teachers, so how to promote the professional development of teachers is an urgent problem to be solved.At present, most teachers are weak in professional foundation, lack of awareness of professional development, few ways to improve professional ability, and lack of initiative in learning. Therefore, this paper attempts to put forward feasible professional promotion strategies from the personal level, social level and government level to improve teachers' teaching ability, and make practical and feasible guidance for teachers' professional development.
