理工科院校教师职后教育模式新探

A New Study on Post-service Education Mode of Teachers in Universities of Science and Technology

摘要: 职后教育是教师职业发展的重要环节之一,是理工科院校教师成长的重要方式。该文从职后教育的概念切入,梳理高校教师职后教育的必要性和重要性。剖析传统理工科院校教师职后教育校内、校外模式的缺点,有针对性地从校内职后教育的导师制、校外职后教育的机制建设、平台搭建与完善、队伍建设四个方面创新提出理工科院校教师职后教育新路径,重点从创新校企联合培养模式,共享校企双向资源、高效运用“互联网+”,线上线下齐下管、整合培训机构优质资源,择优与聚焦双并举三个维度进行阐述平台搭建。

Abstract: Post-service education is one of the important links of teachers' professional development and an important way for teachers of science and engineering colleges to grow. From definition of post-service education, the paper explores the importance andnecessary of post-service education in Universities of Science and Technology, and analyzes the traditional modeds of post-service education vocationafrom on campus and off campus. On that basis, the paper put forwards a new path of post - service education for teachers in Universities of Science and Technology from four aspects, that is the tutorial system of post-service education on campus, mechanism construction, platform construction and improvement, team construction off campus. The explain of the platform construction and improvement will be focus on three dimensions, that is innovative school-enterprise joint training models, sharing of school-enterprise two-way resources, efficient use of "Internet+", online and offline management, integration of high-quality resources of training institutions.
