依托职工文体活动提升科研院所职工凝聚力

摘要: 让广大职工积极参与各种文化体育方面的活动,可以在活动中培养他们健康有益、积极向上的阳光心态。各种形式活动的开展不仅能让科研院所的广大职工群众的交往变得更加频繁,同时也可以丰富职工的生活,从而提高他们的工作抗压能力,促进他们的工作效率。该文主要是在如今新政策新观念的背景下,针对性地研究文体活动的重要性、作用以及如何更好地发挥它的作用。同时也对科研院所如何通过开展职工文体活动提升职工凝聚力进行了研究,并提出相应的解决途径,以促进科研院所职工文体活动顺利开展。

Abstract: Allowing employees to actively participate in colorful cultural and sports activities can help them develop a healthy and positive mentality. The organization of cultural and sports activities in various forms can not only bring a more frequent communication among the employees in scientific research institutes, but also enrich their lives, thus improving their ability to work under pressure and work efficiency. In the context of new policies and concepts, the importance of cultural and sports activities and how to make better use of them have been specifically studied in this paper. This paper also studied that how does the scientific research institutes improve cohesion of employees by developing employees' cultural and sports activities, and proposed the corresponding solutions to promote the successful cultural and sports activities for employees in scientific research institutes.
