摘要/Abstract

摘要： 自从2014年国家提出“开展校企联合招生、联合培养的现代学徒制试点”以来，“现代学徒制”一词开始成为广大高职院校教学工作的核心内容。在此情况之下，高职院校的学生管理工作，面临着前所未有的挑战，如何对企业的学生进行分散化管理，如何平衡企业、学校和学生三方的利益，各方如何推动此政策使其可持续发展，皆是需要在一套新的有针对性的管理体系之下解决的，该文在分析校企管理凸显的问题的基础上分别从校企协作融合和院校管理调整两方面展开说明。

Abstract: Since 2014, the state put forward the "modern apprenticeship pilot project of joint enrollment and training between schools and enterprises", and the term "modern apprenticeship" has become the core outline of teaching work in higher vocational colleges. In this case, the management of students in higher vocational colleges is facing unprecedented challenges. How to decentralize the management of students in enterprises, how to balance the interests of enterprises, schools and students, and how to promote this policy to make it sustainable development need to be solved under a set of new targeted management system. The following is the analysis of school and enterprise On the basis of the prominent problems in management, this paper respectively explains from the two aspects of school enterprise cooperation integration and college management adjustment.
