基础教育新课程理念下小学班主任工作研究

摘要: 新一轮的基础教育改革工作正在如火如荼地进行,其最终的完成也需要很多教育工作者的参与与支持。小学阶段的教学作为当前教育活动的重要环节,小学班主任日常管理工作的升级,也是新课程理念贯彻下的基本要求。该文认为,在小学阶段的教育中,新课程的实施需要班主任的大力支持,同时在新的发展背景下,对于班主任的日常管理工作也提出了新的要求。探析二者之间的关系,明确新课程背景下对班主任所提出的新要求,是今后教学工作开展的重要方向与优化内容。该文以此为基础,首先就新课程理念及小学班主任的定义进行了分析,而后就新课程的实施与小学班主任日常管理工作之间的关系进行了探索。最后,结合小学阶段的教学实际,就今后小学班主任日常管理工作的升级策略做了剖析,希望可为今后教学工作的升级提供借鉴。

Abstract: A new round of basic education reform is in full swing, and its final completion also needs the participation and support of many educators. Primary school teaching as an important part of current education activities, the upgrading of the daily management of primary school head teachers is also the basic requirement under the implementation of the new curriculum concept. This paper believes that in the primary school education, the implementation of the new curriculum needs the strong support of the head teacher. At the same time, under the new development background, the daily management of the class teacher also puts forward new requirements. To analyze the relationship between the two and clarify the new requirements for the head teacher under the background of the new curriculum, which is also an important direction and optimization content of teaching work in the future. Based on this, this paper first analyzes the concept of the new curriculum and the definition of the primary school head teacher, and then explores the relationship between the implementation of the new curriculum and the daily management of the primary school head teacher. At the end of the article, combined with the teaching practice of primary school stage, this paper analyzes the upgrading strategy of the daily management work of primary school head teachers in the future, hoping to make positive exploration for the upgrading of teaching work in the future.
