摘要: 该文以德尔菲理论为思想指导,在工程教育认证的标准框架下构建了水利水电工程专业的社会评价机制,结合匿名性、反馈性、统计性等特点,探究了其相应的运行模式。通过实际案例研究了所建立的水利水电工程专业社会评价机制及运行模式在培养目标合理性、毕业要求合理性、课程体系设置合理性以及专业教学其他方面设置合理性判断中的可行性和有效性,结果表明,专业教育应更进一步在提升学生的社会责任感、国际化视野、水利信息化能力以及文字功底方面下功夫,该机制的建立也为进一步提升专业的社会价值和满意度提供了理论指导。

Abstract: This article takes Delphi theory as the ideological guidance and builds a social evaluation mechanism for water conservancy and hydropower engineering under the standard framework of engineering education certification. With the characteristics of anonymity, feedback and statistics, it explores its corresponding operation mode. Through practical cases, the feasibility and effectiveness of the established social evaluation mechanism and operation mode of the water conservancy and hydropower engineering specialty in the rationality of training goals, the rationality of graduation requirements, the rationality of the curriculum system and other aspects of professional teaching are set. , The results show that professional education should further work on improving students’ sense of social responsibility, international perspective, water conservancy informatization, and writing skills. The establishment of the mechanism also provides theoretical guidance for further enhancing the social value and satisfaction of the profession.
