案例教学法在外科学教学中的实践探索

Practical Exploration of Case Teaching Method in Surgery Teaching

摘要: 该研究主要评价了案例教学法在外科教学中的重要价值。选取临床专业学生86名加以研究,因教学法不同,将其分为两组,1组学生施以常规教学法,2组学生施以案例教学法。干预后,将两组学生考核成绩中的理论知识、操作技能、病例书写、报告分析情况进行对比,较之1组,2组整体评分均提升;干预后,将两组学生学习能力中的智力、基础、习惯、态度、方法进行对比,较之1组,2组评分明显较高;干预后,将两组满意率进行对比,较之1组,2组较高。研究结果表明,在外科学教学中,案例教学法效果更佳,可明显提高学生考核成绩,提升学习能力,值得在更多教学中推广。

Abstract: This study mainly evaluated the important value of case teaching method in surgical teaching. A total of 86 cases of clinical s were studied. Due to different teaching methods, they were divided into two groups. One group of students applied the conventional teaching method, and the two groups of students applied the case teaching method. After the intervention, the theoretical knowledge, operation skills, case writing and report analysis of the two groups of students were compared,and the overall scores of the group 2 were improved compared with that of the group 1;after the intervention, the intelligence, foundation, habits, attitudes and methods of the learning ability of the two groups were compared, and the scores of the group 2 were significantly higher than those of the group 1; after the intervention, the satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared, and the group 2 higher than group 1. The result of research shows that case teaching methods are more effective, which can significantly improve students' assessment scores and enhance their learning ability. It is worth promoting in more teaching.
