Abstract: This paper focuses on the talent training objectives of mechanical design and manufacturing, automation and industrial engineering in our university, and combines with the construction of the new bilingual course of total quality management. It mainly studies the construction of the bilingual teaching system of "total quality management" with bilingual case teaching as the main line, multimedia teaching and the construction of three-dimensional resource database of lecture notes compilation as the goal. The goal is to enable students to effectively integrate into the bilingual teaching process, break through the traditional passive mode of "students listening", improve the teaching mode of bilingual course of "total quality management", construct bilingual three-dimensional teaching materials, and comprehensively improve the effect of bilingual teaching.
