摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着各种科学技术的不断发展以及人们生活水平的不断提高,大学生日常管理工作也遇到了新的机遇和挑战。特别是在“互联网+”等高新技术迅猛发展的背景下,人们的生活方式和生产方式都发生了改变。因此,高校大学生日常管理工作也应顺应时代发展变化,变革发展模式,革新管理理念。从本质上来看,大学生日常管理是一项较为繁琐、复杂的工作,其管理质量直接关系到了我国高校人才的培养质量及高校教育的改革质量。但是由于计划体制等诸多因素的影响,我国高校大学生日常管理工作仍然面对着诸多困难。若想切实解决这些问题,就必须结合实际发展情况,尽快研究出一条适合我国高校大学生日常管理的发展路径。

Abstract: With the development of science and technology and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the daily management of college students has also encountered new opportunities and challenges.Especially in the rapid development of Internet plus technology, people's lifestyle and production methods have been changed accordingly.Therefore, the daily management of college students should also comply with the development and change of the times, change the development mode and innovate the management concept.In essence, the daily management of college students is a more complicated and complicated work, and its management quality is directly related to the quality of talent training and the quality of reform of college education in China.However, due to the influence of planning system and other factors, the daily management of college students in China is still facing many difficulties.If we want to solve these problems, we must combine with the actual development situation and work out a development path suitable for the daily management of college students in our country.
