摘要: 高等教育要实现内涵式发展,必须高度重视师资队伍建设。实验技术人员作为高校师资队伍的重要组成部分,在实践教学、设备管理、科学研究和社会服务中起着不可或缺的作用,然而其地位和作用长期以来未得到应有重视,极大地制约着人才培养质量和实验室管理水平的提升。如何建立科学合理的激励机制,是当前高校师资队伍建设的一项重大课题。高校应通过全面完善激励机制来促进实验技术队伍建设,保证实验技术队伍的长期稳定,提升其积极性和创造性。

Abstract: In order to realize the connotative development of higher education, we have pay attention to the construction of teaching staff. As an important part of university teachers, experimental technicians play an indispensable role in practical teaching, equipment management, scientific research and social services. However, their status and role have not been realized enough for a long time, which greatly restricts the improvement of talent training quality and laboratory management level. How to establish a scientific incentive mechanism is an important task. Universities should improve the incentive mechanism in an all-round way to promote the construction of experimental technology team, ensure the long-term stability of experimental technology team, and promote its enthusiasm and creativity.
