摘要: 现如今,随着素质教育改革的深化,教育内容与教育方式都出现了很大的变化,传统的教育模式已经无法满足现代人才培养的需求,急需做出有效的改变,提高人才培养效率与质量。学科竞赛作为一种先进的教学策略,将其有效地融入日常教学环节中,可以激发学生学习兴趣和积极性,促进教学发展。为此,该文以艺术设计类专业教学为例,探讨了基于学科竞赛的人才培养模式,希望为相关教师提供一些帮助,仅供参考。

Abstract: Nowadays, with the deepening reform of quality education, the content and mode of education have changed greatly, the traditional mode of education has been unable to meet the needs of modern talent training, so it is urgent to make effective changes to improve the efficiency and quality of talent training. As an advanced teaching strategy, subject competition can stimulate students' interest and enthusiasm and promote the development of teaching. To this end, this paper takes the teaching of art design specialty as an example, discusses the talent training mode based on subject competition, hoping to provide some help for relevant teachers, only for reference.
