摘要: 江苏省科技镇长团是一个促进高校或省级机关与地方政府进行科技、人才、项目互动的重要平台。通过分析江苏省科技镇长团的现状,站在现代人力资源管理的视角,从科技镇长团成员选聘、培训、组织与管理等角度,提出了科技镇长团机制创新的建议与完善对策,以期对江苏省科技镇长团未来的工作提供一些借鉴与帮助。

Abstract: The sci-tech mayor team of Jiangsu province is an important platform to promote the interaction of sci-tech, talents and projects between colleges/provincial authorities and local governments. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the sci-tech mayor team of Jiangsu province, this paper proposed the suggestion and improvement measures of the mechanism innovation of the sci-tech mayor team, from the perspective of the selection, training, organization and management of the sci-tech mayor team members, from a view of modern human resource management. The proposed suggestion and improvement measures are expected to be helpful to the future work of the sci-tech mayor team of Jiangsu province.
