摘要: 该文以泰州职业技术学院药物制剂技术专业学生2018年和2019年连续两次参加全国食品药品类职业院校“药物制剂技术”专业技能大赛为例,对参赛的整体情况进行分析、归纳、并总结经验,探索今后药物制剂技术专业的主要建设思路和重点改革方向。围绕“以赛促改、以赛促学、以赛促教”的方针,进一步优化专业课程设置,组建“GMP管理与制药协会”学生社团,打造“校企+双师”队伍,逐步推动专业教学模式改革,突出技能训练的重要性,逐步实现技能大赛与专业教学的有机融合。

Abstract: This article uses the example of Taizhou polytechnic college's pharmaceutical preparation technology students to participate in the National Food and Drug Vocational College's "Pharmaceutical Preparation Technology" Professional Skills Competition in 2018 and 2019, Analyze, generalize and summarizes the overall situation of the competition, explore the main construction ideas and key reform directions of the future pharmaceutical preparation technology major. Focusing on the policy of "promoting reform through competition, promoting learning through competition, and promoting teaching through competition", we will further optimize the professional curriculum, set up a student association of "GMP Management and Pharmaceutical Association", build a "school-enterprise + double teacher" team, and gradually promote professionalism The reform of the teaching model highlights the importance of skill training and gradually realizes the organic integration of skill competitions and professional teaching.
