摘要/Abstract

摘要： 在临床医学教学过程中,应用“3+2”教学模式存在诸多优势,包括在校学习时间短、见习与实习地点固定、学生与学生党员集中等,同时在3+2教学模式应用过程中也会存在一些问题,包括不具有完善的管理制度、学生归属感弱以及学生与学校之间的联系少等。为提升临床教学管理工作的效果,需要将当前不健全的管理制度进一步完善,加强学生见习与实习前的培训力度,不断完善学生党建工作,加大班级自我管理和干部培养工作力度,促进班级文化建设,增强学生与学校的联系。

Abstract: In the process of clinical medicine teaching, there are many advantages in applying the "3+2" teaching mode, including short study time at school, fixed locations for trainees and internships, concentration of students and student party members, and so on. There will also be some problems in the process, including the lack of a sound management system, weak student belonging, and the lack of connections between students and schools. In order to improve the effectiveness of clinical teaching management, it is necessary to further improve the current incomplete management system, strengthen student training and pre-internship training, improve student party building, increase class self-management and cadre training, and promote class culture. Construction to increase student-school links.
