Abstract: With the rapid development of social economy, the demand for application-oriented innovative talents is growing. However, as an important place to deliver talents to the society, colleges and universities should adapt to the demand of the society for innovative talents, and change the traditional teaching mode with the goal of cultivating the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students. "School enterprise combination - Science and education integration" is a new teaching mode to cultivate innovative talents. It can not only cultivate students' innovative ability, but also meet the new needs of social development in the new era. College students can constantly transform their theoretical knowledge into their practical ability through the "school enterprise alliance", and then improve the teaching quality through the "integration of science and education", so as to cultivate students' innovation ability. Based on the platform of "school enterprise combination - Science and education integration", this paper explores the training mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in Colleges and universities.
