数控技能竞赛式的和谐高效课堂教学模式创新探讨

摘要: 2008年我国教育部建立了职业教育技能竞赛制度,这一制度的建立也使得各个职业学校发展到一个崭新的阶段,促进了职业学院的改革。每个职业院校内部都开始融入技能大赛,从学校内部选取优秀人才参加县级、市级甚至是国家级的比赛,通过比赛进行人才之间的相互交流,提高人才的技能水准。该文就数控技能竞赛式和谐高效课堂教学构建的作用以及传统数控技能教学的现状进行阐述,并提出数控技能竞赛式的和谐高效课堂教学模式的创新策略。

Abstract: In 2008, China's Ministry of education established the system of vocational education skills competition, which also made the vocational schools develop to a new stage and promoted the reform of vocational colleges. Every vocational college began to integrate into the skills competition, select excellent talents from the school to participate in the competition at the county level, city level or even national level, through the competition to exchange talents, improve the skills level of talents. In this paper, the role of harmonious and efficient classroom teaching construction of numerical control skills competition and the status quo of traditional numerical control skills teaching are described, and the innovation strategy of harmonious and efficient classroom teaching mode of numerical control skills competition is put forward.
