摘要/Abstract

摘要： 近年来在“互联网+”时代快速发展的过程中,开放教育已经受到广泛应用,传统的法学教育模式不能满足当前的教育发展需求,借助“互联网+”时代的开放教育方式进行法学教学模式的改革势在必行。针对于此,该文以《民法》课程为例,分析“互联网+”时代下开放教育法学教学模式改革,提出几点教学改革的建议,旨在为《民法》课程教学工作的高质量实施提供帮助。

Abstract: In recent years, in the rapid development of the Internet + era, open education has been widely applied. The traditional legal education mode can not meet the needs of the current education development. It is imperative to reform the law teaching mode by means of open education in the era of Internet plus. Aiming at this, taking the civil law curriculum as an example, this paper analyzes the reform of the law education mode of open education in the era of "Internet +", and puts forward some suggestions for teaching reform, aiming at providing help for the high quality implementation of the teaching of civil law.
