摘要/Abstract

摘要： 新高考和“双一流”建设对我国高等教育办学质量提出了高要求,对高校的学科建设、专业结构和人才培养模式提出了新挑战。此背景下,民办高校要吸引优质生源,实现综合竞争力提升,迫切需要改变固化教学模式。加快大学生职业生涯规划教育建设,可从学生层面倒逼高校提升教学质量,促进学科建设和人才培养。本研究以S高校为例,探究职业生涯规划教育实施现状和存在问题,提出了相应改善建议。

关键词: 民办高校, 职业生涯规划, 实践研究

Abstract: The background of new college entrance examination and the first-class construction of higher education in our country puts forward higher requirements of educational quality, and the subject construction of colleges and universities. Professional structure and training mode are challenged to this background. Private colleges would like to attract more students with high quality, achieve comprehensive competitiveness, is an urgent need to change traditional mode to speed up the construction of college students' career planning education teaching mode, which can be reversed transmission from the student level to promote teaching quality, the discipline construction and talent cultivation. This paper take S university as an example, explore career planning education implementation situation and existing problems, puts forward the corresponding improvement Suggestions.
